These are so delicious and VERY simple to make!! In Russian, we call them 'ushki'- translated as ears, and I remember my mother buying them for me as a child.
Of course I didn't make the pastry- my mum bought a sheet of puff pastry- and all you have to do is sprinkle both sides with sugar, then roll, cut and bake!!
