THE LADY OF SHALOTT FASHION SHOW

I have an idea to create a fashion show based on Alfred Lord Tennyson's lyrical ballad, The Lady of Shalott. Link to read it here: https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/45359/the-lady-of-shalott-1832. I've analysed the ballad, as well as the painting by Alfred Waterhouse. I'm also inspired by the painting of Ophelia based on Shakespeare's Hamlet, and aim to read the play and watch the film to gain a deeper understanding of it. I've also done some rough sketches of twelve dresses that I've designed which will be modelled in the show. I've planned the music, décor, hair and makeup, and created a menu, but I have no clue how to even sew or create a dress, so I'll track my progress here, and hopefully one day it will be full of photos of my dresses, and the actual fashion show!
